PhonePuncakAlam is an independent directory. We do not repair devices, hold anyone’s stock, or quote prices on a shop’s behalf.

• We can help withadding a missing shop, correcting a listing, removing a listing, reporting a closed shop, or a question about how the directory works.
• We cannot help withrepair quotes, warranty claims, or disputes with a shop — those must go to the shop itself, whose contact details are on its listing card.
• Fastest route for a repairopen the directory, filter to your area, and WhatsApp two or three shops with your exact model and symptom.
