An independent, free directory of phone and laptop repair shops across Puncak Alam, Shah Alam and the surrounding Selangor townships.
Search for a phone repair shop in Puncak Alam and you will find a scattering of Facebook posts with no address, TikTok clips with no phone number, and map pins for businesses that moved two years ago. Meanwhile the shops themselves — many of them good, several of them excellent — are effectively invisible to anyone who does not already know they exist.
This directory is an attempt to fix that specific problem. One page per area, one card per shop, and on every card only the details we could actually stand behind. Nothing more complicated than that.
Every entry starts as a name and an area. From there we look for the shop’s own website, its official Facebook or Instagram page, and its entry on a mapping service, and we compare what each source says. Details that agree across sources get published. Details that appear in only one low-quality aggregator, or that conflict between sources, do not.
This is deliberately conservative and it has a visible consequence: some cards are sparse. A shop with no opening hours on its card is not a shop with no opening hours — it is a shop that does not publish them anywhere we could check. We would rather show you a gap than a guess, because a guessed opening time costs you a wasted trip.
Shop owners can override any of this. A correction from the business itself, matched against its own website or verified social page, is authoritative and we will action it.
Honesty about gaps is part of the point. Puncak Alam itself is the hardest area to research, because a large share of its repair trade runs entirely through social media and never publishes a street address. Eco Grandeur, Ijok and Bestari Jaya are thin for the same reason. If you know a shop in these areas, telling us is genuinely useful — the listing form takes about a minute and costs nothing.
This directory can tell you a shop exists, where it is, and what it says it does. It cannot tell you whether the technician is any good, and you should be suspicious of any site that claims otherwise. What consistently separates a good repair from a bad one is not marketing — it is whether the shop names the part grade, states the warranty and its exclusions in writing, and tells you honestly when a repair is not worth doing. Ask those questions and you will sort the trade out quickly.
It is run from Puncak Alam by people who work in the phone repair trade in Selangor. That gives us useful knowledge of how the trade actually operates — and it is also why the editorial rules below exist, so that a listing’s position never depends on who we know.
No. Listings are free, ordering is by area and by how complete a shop’s verified details are, and we take no commission on any repair. If that ever changes, it will be stated plainly on this page before it happens.
Use the listing form and tell us what is wrong. Corrections from a shop’s own owner are treated as authoritative once we can match them to your website or official social page, and we usually action them within a couple of days.
Because we could not verify it. Rather than filling a gap with a plausible guess, we leave the field out. A directory that invents opening hours is worse than useless — it sends people to closed shops.
Free listing, no commission, no placement fees. Send us your details and we will verify and publish.
